GIVEAWAY TIME!!!

I am back from attending artBLISS - I had an absolutely perfect 3 days of creativity and all-around fun!  My sincerest gratitude to Jeanette Blix and Cindy Wimmer for hosting this event again this year.  I am officially counting down the days until artBLISS 5 - the 5 year anniversary!

I photo-bombed my project progress on Facebook over the weekend, so I will not bore you with my measly projects.  I am itching to start using the tips and skills that I learned from fabulous teachers Richard Salley and the most awesome teacher of all time - Stacie Florer.  I mean this sincerely.  However, in addition to coming home to 6 loads of laundry (including sheets - I hate washing and drying sheets!), I also came home with a supply list as long as my arm.  I placed my order, and as soon as supplies arrive, I hope to work on these projects!

Before I end my artBLISS rave, I also received my pre-ordered copy of Cindy Wimmer's new book The Missing Link.  If you have read my blog in the past, my jewelry designs are geared to "all handmade"...and that includes any chains and clasps that I add to my designs.  Cindy's book is chockfull of 30 new links - 30!!!!  I already attempted 6 of these links, and have even placed new items in my shop utilizing these uber-creative designs.  Some of the links are more complex than others - I love this!  If you are a jewelry designer and have not ordered/received Cindy's book, I have but one question for you - WHY NOT??!!  You will love it!

Okay - time for my Giveaway!

Miracle Horse Rescue
To date - I have received and donated $1,892 to Miracle Horse Rescue!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has purchased jewelry from my shop, or shared my sales blurbs on Facebook.  The horses thank you, too!

But I am not done!  Through October 31, 2013, I am donating 100% of all proceeds from sales in my shop to Miracle Horse Rescue (MHR).  MHR is a federally-recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to the preservation and welfare of abused, neglected, and unwanted domesticated horses of all types and conditions  MHR is a very small organization - run by only 2 people who have dedicated their entire lives to helping these horses.  I want to continue to help as much as I can.  For more information, please visit their Facebook page.

To further entice you to start your Holiday shopping - or buy something for yourself- I am offering discounts as follows:

9/28/2013 - 10/11/2013  - SAVE 20%
10/12/2013 - 10/18/2013 - SAVE 15%
10/19/2013 - 10/31/2013 - SAVE 10%

Again - 100% of all proceeds will be donated to this wonderful organization!  Please help me to help these gorgeous animals!!

The Giveaway
Several artisans attended artBLISS and sold their gorgeous, gorgeous beads - and boy, did I purchase some beads!  I sifted through many, many sets of beads and used these lovelies made by Karen Totten of Starry Road Studio to make this bracelet.  I also added a handmade charm by Jade Scott - I had to!  It matched perfectly!

The bracelet measures 9" in length with a 7" inside diameter - if the winner needs the length adjusted - of course I will do that!  Solid copper - antiqued, buffed, tumbled, and treated to a coating of Renaissance Wax to protect that lovely, rustic patina!
